The Village of Johnsburg has requested that the Appellate Court publish the recent ruling to overturn the local court's decision related to SSA 23. The Village of Johnsburg announced today that the Appellate Court of Illinois, Second District, issued its findings regarding an appeal filed by the Village related to Special Service Area (SSA)#23.
